On May 12, the Parliamentary Committee on Environmental Policy and Natural Resources made a decision to put the updated version of the Draft Law #3091 “On State Ecological Control” (Draft Law) for a repeated first reading for passing it as a basis.
The Chamber member companies support the reform of state ecological control system and systemic approach to the implementation of positive changes in the field of environmental protection.
We are grateful that some Chamber proposals were considered in the updated Draft Law, at the same time the business community sees the need for further improvement of this Draft Law between the first and second reading.
