The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes Ukraine's accession to the European community of national associations of hotels and restaurants HOTREC on June 1, 2021.
HOTREC is an international association of national self-regulatory associations in the field of hospitality from the countries that are EU members or have the prospect of joining the EU and accept the principles and values of European integration, in particular in the field of tourism.
The Chamber Hospitality & Tourism Committee’s experts have been continuously advocating for the necessity of Ukraine's membership in HOTREC. It will give the business access to the best practices of sectoral regulation to create fair conditions for the competitive development of businesses in the field of tourism, protection of the interests of consumers, employees, and owners of these businesses.
