On July 18, 2023, the President of Ukraine signed the Law #3200-IX on the obligation to register electronic cabinets for participation in legal proceedings (the Law).
The Law foresees amendments to the transitional provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine, and the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, regarding the establishment at the legislative level of the provision of the issuance of electronic executive documents by courts using the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System at the same level as the issuance of paper executive documents.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham) and member companies actively participated in unblocking the presentation of electronic executive documents for execution as part of a constant dialogue with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
