The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes the adoption of Draft Law #4366 amending Tax Code regarding payment services (Draft Law) by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 12, 2023.
The Draft Law will expand opportunities on the payment services market for non-banking payment service providers and the use of electronic money to pay taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments. Adopting the Draft Law will allow the use of copies of documents or electronic documents in any form to confirm expenses incurred by accountable persons using corporate cards on business trips. The Draft Law also envisages a significant increase in terms of providing documents on actual costs and returning excess funds.
