On March 30, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Draft Law #3275 aimed at providing the additional social and economic guarantees for the period of implementation of measures on preventing the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
The Chamber welcomes consideration of several proposals of business community. Namely, Parliament postponed the launch of the system of automatic comparison of volumes of turnover and residues of fuel as well as extended terms of consideration of administrative appeals against decisions of tax authorities.
We would like to thank all members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine who were actively involved in this advocacy process for their contribution.
