The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes the decision of Ukrzaliznytsya management regarding selling of 100% of cargo railway cars through electronic trading system “ProZorro.Sales” that should start working from March 2020.
Chamber Agricultural Committee experts consistently highlighted in official letters and at the meetings with the leadership of Ukrzaliznytsya and Government that allocation of all railway cars should be done through “ProZorro.Sales” system. Such mechanism could ensure transparent distribution of grain hoppers among all market participants. Therefore the AmCham Ukraine members are looking forward to successful implementation of the mentioned initiative.
