The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes registration of Draft Law #10122 "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine in the Part of Rates for Temporary Accommodation Services", aimed at improvement and simplification of hospitality & tourism legislation.
According to the Comparative Table, the Draft Law provides for setting a 10% tax rate from the tax base on transactions related to services of temporary accommodation of tourists in hotels, motels, campsites and other places of temporary residence on the territory of Ukraine.
