On September 25, 2023, Draft Law #10088 amending certain laws of Ukraine regarding priority measures to reform the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine (Draft Law) was registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliament).
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham) welcomes the legislator's intention to reform the Economic Security Bureau. At the same time, we note that the Draft Law contains certain provisions that can be improved.
Therefore, the AmCham member companies' experts look forward to effective cooperation with the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy for further improvement of this Draft Law.
