The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine suspended the state pricing regulation of gasoline and diesel fuel by its Resolution #594 dated May 17, 2022, “On the Suspension of #414 Provision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution #1236, dated December 9, 2020”.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes such a decision that will allow to reduce risks for the market players and open procurement to a wide range of suppliers, which would contribute to the rapid filling of the market during the period of maximum demand.
