The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine received a reply from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) regarding suggested amendments to the Draft Rules for Approval of Ethics Codes in Competition. After considering proposals addressed by the Chamber, AMCU decided to include certain of them to updated Draft Rules.
In particular, AMCU accepted Chamber’s proposals regarding documents that are needed for approval of ethics codes, exhaustive list of possible motives to reject ethics code, confidentiality of the information submitted to the AMCU.
The Chamber welcomes that these proposals were taken into account and will closely monitor further developments in this sphere.
