Intellectual Property Rights
Committee’s activities are devoted to contributing to the development of comprehensive legal and institutional frameworks related to the issues of intellectual property rights protection and enforcement as well as to promote innovations and creativity in Ukraine.
Committee Priorities
Priority 1
To facilitate in harmonization of national legislation with EU law via effective communication with the Government and the Parliament
Priority 2
To establish effective mechanisms to combat counterfeit and illegal trade
Priority 3
To rise risk awareness of IPR infringements and respect to intellectual property
