The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes the clarification issued by the Pension Fund of Ukraine on filling in the Report on accrual and payment of the mandatory state pension insurance fee levied from the cost of portable mobile communication services.
According to the clarification, the Pension Fund of Ukraine considers it possible to make corrections in the Report, in particular:
- the amounts received for portable mobile communication services, from which the mandatory state pension insurance fee is paid, and which are accrued as payment for services which are not portable mobile communication services by their essence, shall be reflected in line 5 of the Report “Amount of the returned funds to users (consumers) for the unused portable mobile communication services";
- the amounts of the fee accrued on the amounts of such credited funds, shall be reflected in line 6 of the Report “Amounts of the fee accrued on the amounts of the returned funds to users (consumers) for the unused portable mobile communication services”.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine is grateful to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for the cooperation and assistance in eliminating the imperfections of reporting process and the legal uncertainty. In turn, it will stimulate the telecommunications industry's development, particularly creating new and convenient services for subscribers.
