The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution, approving the list of specialized organizations for conducting procurement of goods and services at the expense of the State Budget 2020. There are two key state partners indicated in the Resolution №790 dated 07.09.2020, who have already performed state procurement in previous years. Taking into account their expertise in state procurement and limited timelines for arranging procedures, the Chamber member companies’ experts look forward to the positive on-time outcomes and successful cooperation with international procurement agencies.
The procurement of goods and services via international agencies helps to ensure the transparency of the process, receive the best proposal on prices and quality directly from manufacturers, and strengthen the national procurement system through the implementation of best international practices, and improvement of standards.
The Chamber looks forward to the acceleration of the procurement process by selected partners and will actively support the business community to join the process.
