On June 4 the Parliament of Ukraine adopted Draft Law #2043 “On Information Protection in Telecommunication Systems”, which allows to confirm compliance of the information system with the requirements for information protection.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine supported the adoption of this Draft Law as it will accelerate the introduction of the latest information security developments in public systems, as well as give government agencies the opportunity to build their own IT systems in accordance with international standards.
