AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Draft Law #12306 “On Factoring” by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the second reading.
The adoption of the Draft Law allows to regulate the provision of factoring services in Ukraine and align the current legislation with the best international practices, fostering a more effective and transparent financial environment.
To establish a strong framework for regulating factoring relations, AmCham Ukraine member companies’ experts provided comments and suggestions to the Draft Law, part of which were successfully incorporated into the final version of the adopted Draft Law.
