The President of Ukraine signed Law of Ukraine #4414-ІХ “On Ratification of Decision #2/2024 of the Joint Committee of the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin of December 12, 2024 amending Decision #1/2023 of the Joint Committee to Include Transitional Provisions to the Amendments to the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin Applicable from January 1, 2025” (Law #4414-ІХ).
AmCham Ukraine requested prompt ratification of Decision #2/2024 and welcomes the signing of Law #4414-ІХ.
The ratification of Decision #2/2024 will help ensure transparent trade conditions, maintain competitiveness of Ukrainian business, and integrate into global supply chains.
