AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution #208 “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #1332, dated November 22, 2024, and #36, dated January 14, 2025” (Resolution).
Under the adopted Resolution, military service deferments that were in effect on the day the Resolution was enacted will remain valid until March 31, 2025.
Experts of the AmCham member companies have repeatedly emphasized the importance of extending the period for confirming the critical status of the enterprises and the validity period of existing reservations of employees in AmCham’s position papers and during meetings with the responsible state authorities.
AmCham Ukraine is grateful to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine team for maintaining open dialogue with the business community regarding the acute issues in the context of employees’ reservation and for taking businesses’ needs and proposals into account.
