AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) Resolution #1332 “Certain Issues of Conscripts' Reservation for the Period of Mobilization and for Wartime”, according to which:
- the opportunity to book employees by the valid critical importance status of the enterprise is given for the period until February 28, 2025
- the salary of an employee to be booked will be declarative in nature and should constitute 20 thousand UAH, which is one of the obligatory criteria for determining the critical status of an enterprise
- the opportunity to book newly hired employees is granted to enterprises with valid critical importance status for the period until February 28, 2025
Experts of the AmCham member companies have repeatedly emphasized the importance of adopting the above-mentioned changes in AmCham's position papers and during meetings with the responsible state authorities.
The AmCham expresses its gratitude to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for the open dialogue and readiness to cooperate with the business community.
