On April 24, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed Draft Law #9319 amending the Tax Code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine on stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine (Draft Law) in the first reading.
AmCham member companies are convinced that the speedy adoption and implementation of the Draft Law's provisions will contribute to the growth of startup initiatives and the development of innovative projects in the digital sector, will stimulate enterprises' active transition to the digital mode, providing them with additional time to adapt and meet the requirements.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes passing of the Draft Law in the first reading and supports its further adoption if proposals of the business community are taken into account.
