On August 10, 2021, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development published the Draft Order amending Order #316 regarding Rules for Wastewater Acceptance to Sewerage (Draft Order) on its official website. The Draft Order was published for public discussion.
The proposals of the Chamber member companies, including the prolongation period for installation of local wastewater treatment facilities, were incorporated into the Draft Order.
We would like to thank the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development for taking into account the position of the business in the Draft Order. We look forward to the adoption of the Draft Order in the nearest time and further cooperation with the Ministry to improve wastewater regulation in Ukraine.
